How browsers will handle non HTTP pages in the future.
Whilst watching a webinar with Troy Hunt last night I saw something interesting about what is coming to any input field on a non https webpage.
As of chrome 62 when entering data into any field a “Not secure” message will appear in the address bar.

They go on to say: “Eventually, we plan to show the “Not secure” warning for all HTTP pages, even outside Incognito mode.”
When dealing with a risk averse customer base it might mean that moving to https becomes a higher priority. It seems that chrome 62 will be next year.
